The objective of the Customer Happiness Team is to support the day-to-day operations driving our fast-growing Farm-to-Table Lush Bowl Subscription Program by providing world-class customer service via chat, whatsapp, email and social media communications.
About the Role
Deliver exceptional customer experience to our customers with attention to detail
Handle inquiries from customers through managing chats and emails efficiently.
Consistently maintain the voice of the company in customer communications and social media responses
Communicate daily with Product & Delivery team to resolve customer order issues
Maintain a strong understanding of the current & target customer of the company
Provide comprehensive information and a satisfactory resolution to customers
Communicate clearly and efficiently with our customers as well as internal teams.
Excellent command of the English Language - Written & Verbal
Technology and automation is your good friend
Proactive in coming up with ideas and solutions that will improve customer experience
Proficient in Gmail, MS Office, Google Drive and task management tools
Location: OMR, Chennai
Experience: Fresher or 1-2 Years in Customer Experience / Sales
