Every bowl at Freshlings has a story, but this one literally grew in the middle of the city. We call it Shibuya Crunch , a salad that began as an idea inside a quiet greenhouse surrounded by concrete and then on our menu board. The hero ingredient? Japanese Rock Melon , grown not in distant farmlands but right here in an urban hydroponic farm  in Chennai where technology and nature share a rhythm of their own.
